All we ask is that you return the merchandise in new and unworn condition and not damaged in any way and to return it in the original packaging, with your sales receipt as well as with all the certificates that were included with your purchase.
Please note that if you purchased a loose diamond and it was set by a jeweler other than Agape Diamonds, or if a jewelry item has been sized, altered or modified in any way by anyone other than us, all warranties and return policies are invalidated.

It is always recommended to fully insure any return package and to send it via USPS registered mail since we cannot be responsible until it is received at our offices.

All refunds will be issued within Two (2) business days after we receive the item in its original condition, and will be credited to the same credit card used to make payment.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS and CUSTOM DESIGNS And INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA
Special Orders as well as Custom Design Orders AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA  are items that are created at the request of the customer and to the customer’s unique specifications. In the event that a customer commissions a special order or a custom design OUR  has the item shipped outside the USA, all sales are considered final and non-returnable.
