Agape Diamonds offers a Lifetime Warranty on all merchandise sold against defects in manufacturing. If your jewelry item needs repair or exchange due to a manufacturing defect, Agape Diamonds will repair or exchange the item Free of Charge. Return Policy
At Agape Diamonds, we take pride that our jewelry is produced with the highest standards of quality and excellence. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any order within Fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the merchandise for a full refund – no questions asked. Sales Tax
Agape Diamonds is located in Tampa, Florida 33618, USA and is required to collect sales tax for items purchased and delivered within the State of Florida. We do not collect any sales tax for items that are shipped anywhere else within the USA or to other countries.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped FOB Tampa, Florida, USA. You will be solely responsible for any import duties or taxes that are required by the country of import. Under no circumstances will Agape Diamonds be liable or required to refund any taxes or duties paid by the customer to a foreign country. If you should have any questions, you should contact your country’s customs and tax authority for clarification before ordering.
