We want you to shop with confidence when you shop Agape! Although our jewelry is produced with the highest standards of quality and excellence in craftsmanship, we realize that sometimes you may have to return your purchase. That is why we offer a "No Hassle” return policy!
All we ask is that you return the merchandise in new and unworn condition, that it is not damaged in any way and that it is returned in original packaging with all certificates that were included with your purchase.

We recommend sending return packages fully insured with signature confirmation. We are not responsible for the package until it is received and signed for at our facility. Once we receive your package in our sorting department, it typically takes up to 48 hours for the item to be added to our register log. When the item is processed, our accounting department will then be able to issue your refund. It is important to note that if you chose to pay for any additional shipping charges to expedite the delivery of your item, these charges are not refundable since they were paid to the shipping company.
Please be aware that it may take 3-5 business days (depending on your bank) for the funds to post to your account. All refunds are credited to the same form of payment that was used to make the purchase.
Please Note that once a return authorization number is issued - you MUST return the item within 30 days. Any returns received after 30 days from the time you were given a Return Authorization Number will be refused and return back to the sender.

Once a jewelry item has been serviced at the request of a customer, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. All exchanges are considered a Final Sale and they are Non-Refundable (One Exchange Per customer/order)
If you purchased a loose stone and it was mounted into a setting by a jeweler outside of Agape Diamonds, all warranties and return polices are thereby invalidated. Furthermore, if a jewelry item has been altered or modified in any way by anyone other than Agape Diamonds, all warranties and return polices will be invalidated.
Any order that is placed in 18K Gold, Platinum or Palladium is considered a Special Order and is non-refundable.
Any Special Order, Custom Design and Custom Order made at the request and specifications of the customer; or any jewelry item that is altered at the request of the customer to have a different shape or size center stone other than what is pictured on our website, is considered final and non-refundable.
All sales to be shipped outside the USA at the request of the customer are considered final and non-refundable.
