We want you to shop with confidence when you shop at Agape Diamonds! Although our jewelry is produced with the highest standards of quality and excellence in craftsmanship,we realize that sometimes you may have to return your purchase. All we ask is that you return the merchandise in new and unworn condition, without any damage and with all protection tags and stickers attached to them, inside the original Agape Diamonds Box, including all certificates and documentation.

All returns and cancellations must be requested in writing by email at [email protected] and can take up to 48 hours to process. 

Please note: If the Agape Diamonds Tags have been removed no refund will be issued.

We recommend sending return packages fully insured with signature confirmation. We are not responsible for the package until it is received and signed for at our facility. Once we receive your package in our sorting department, it typically takes up to 48 hours for the item to be added to our register log. When the item is processed, our accounting department will then be able to issue your refund.

Please note the following: If a jewelry item has been altered or modified in any way by anyone other than Agape Diamonds, all warranties and return policies will be invalidated.

If you purchased a loose stone and it was mounted into a setting by a jeweler outside of Agape Diamonds, the loose stone is non-returnable/non-refundable.

Any Jewelry that has been serviced is non-refundable (Example: Resized, Soldered, Alterations, or any other modifications requested by the customer).

Any Package that is "Refused" or "Returned to Sender" at the customers request WILL NOT be refunded until the package has been delivered back to Agape Diamonds. If the package is lost in trasnit as a result of the of this action, Agape Diamonds is not held liable or responsible and therefore no refund will be due or given. Packages must be signed for upon delivery and if a customer desires to return the product(s) for a refund a proper Return Authorization along with a Return Label provided by Agape Diamonds must be given prior to the package being shipped back for a refund. 

 

SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM DESIGNS and INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA:
Any Special Order, Custom Design or Custom Order made at the request and specifications of the customer; or any jewelry item that is altered at the request of the customer to have a different shape or size center stone other than what is pictured on our website is considered final and non-refundable / non-exchangeable.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the Customer to pay for the return of any International Orders from Outside the United States and under no circumstances is Agape Diamonds liable for any taxes levied by another country upon receipt of the merchandise.

LAB GROWN DIAMONDS AND NATURAL DIAMONDS RETURN POLICY
Please note the following: 

Both Natural Diamonds & Lab-Grown Diamonds can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase. You must contact Agape Diamonds within 15 days to receive a Return Authorization Number. Any Loose Diamonds that are shipped back without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted for return or exchange. Any Loose Diamond that has been removed from its sealed diamond casing will not be accepted for return or exchange. In addition, the original Certifictaion must be included for a return or exchange to be completed.

Both Lab-Grown Diamonds and Natural Diamonds will be tested to validate the authenticity of the returned merchandise for a refund. Typically refunds will take up to 21 business days to be issued after the merchandise has been received. Under no circumstance will this process be rushed or our policy be circumvented. All packaging and certifications must be returned in new condition.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: Please note that Promotional Items are not covered under our Free Maintenance or Lifetime Warranty Program. 

These items are not serviceable and cannot be exchanged for any other item since they are offered while quantities last.
